Okay, I also am on my laptop and iPod touch and phone ALL DAY… but I think it would be good for people to have something else they can do if they ever get bored. Like, reading a good book, or painting. I lost track of doing those things as I got more technology in my life. But, in the last 20 minutes, I have unpacked my bags from Tahoe, put the clothes away, cleaned me desk (EVERYTHING was on it), cleaned my dresser drawers (they were SO messy!), cleaned the top of my dresser (that had all of my make up on it, and earrings and other stuff), and put a BUNCH of stuff away to were they belong! You know why I did it? Because my mom had just accused me of watching TV all day and hanging out with friends without helping her. Then she had taken my laptop, iPod, and phone. I was helpless. I was so bored, I had to do it, even though I promised myself I wouldn’t give in and keep the upper hand. So I started cleaning a little, and a little more, and a little more. Before I know it, I had spent 20 minutes cleaning my room. I think I had been determined to get my items back, and had set my mind on it. My mom then returned all of my devices, and I happily went on my laptop to resume mindlessly surfing the internet. What I’m trying to say is that you can do a lot if your not distracted my technology, so take several minutes each day to just put down the phone, iPod, or close the laptop, and just think about something you have to do. You’d be surprised how quickly it can be done by just setting your mind on it.  

You know when you are on youtube or facebook, and your mom walks in, and you switch tabs to an already-set-up boring website about learning faster than lightning? 

I dont understand how hard it is to get through a mother who was a single child that SIBLINGS FIGHT!!! Its not rocket science, its common sense. Even young, only-child kids know that if you have a younger of older brother or sister, you will fight with them amd tease them, multiple times after they yell at you to stop.

Happy 4th of July! The time where we watch fireworks and spend all of our money on carnival rides and games. For a while, I actually forgot that the 4th of July was Independence Day. I think that all shows that we don’t celebrate some national holidays properly because all of the commercialism. What 4th of July should be about, is remembering this day as a change in the country, a change that brought independence. But, on the other hand, rides are really fun. :)
